The Montecito Association Board of Directors is responsible for decision-making on behalf of this membership organization. The seventeen member board meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 4 PM in the Montecito Community Hall at 1469 East Valley Road.
The Montecito Association Land Use Committee is responsible for monitoring land use issues in the community. The committee reviews development projects and monitors architectural review projects on behalf of the Association. The committee meets regularly on the first Tuesday of the month at 4 PM in the Montecito Community Hall, 1469 East Valley Road.
The Montecito Association's Membership Committee is responsible for the Association's annual membership drive.
The Montecito Association History Committee was formed in 1975 to collect information, photos and any materials that document and illuminate the history of Montecito. The committee maintains an archive in the Montecito Community Hall (1469 East Valley Road) where the collection is available to Montecito Association members and the public.
The office is open Tuesdays, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. and Thursdays, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. And by appointment.
The Beautification Committee tackles projects intended to enhance and protect the important aesthetics of Montecito. The committee organizes the Association's annual Beautification Day event where we gather as a community and work to clean up streets and other public areas.
The Publicity & Communications Committee is responsible for communicating with membership and publicizing information about the Association, including oversight of the Association's website.
